Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program
The Atlantic Immigration Pilot program is open for employers from the following Atlantic provinces: New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island. This program allows ‘designated’ employers to hire eligible candidates, whether from overseas or temporary residents in Canada, for positions that they can’t fill locally.

There are three available programs to hire eligible candidates and these are as follows:
Atlantic International Graduate Program

Note: This program is open for international graduates from any recognized institution in an Atlantic province.
This program does not require work experience.
Eligibility to Apply

"You must have lived in an Atlantic province for at least 16 months in the 2 years before graduating.

You must have at least a 2-year degree, diploma, certificate, or trade or apprenticeship credential from a recognized institution in an Atlantic province

You must have been a full-time student for the entire duration of your studies.

You must have graduated from this institution in the 24 months before we receive your permanent resident application
-
You had the visa or permit you needed to work, study or train in Canada
-
You meet the minimum language requirements (test results must be less than 2 years old at the time of sending your application)

You must have a job offer from an employer.

You can support yourself and your dependents financially.” from the Canada website.

Atlantic High-skilled Program
Eligibility to Apply

"You must have one year of experience in the last 3 years (any period of self-employment should not be included)
-
You must have at least a Canadian secondary or post-secondary diploma or degree, or a foreign degree or education credentials equivalent to Canadian credentials (must submit an Educational Credential report)
-
You must meet the minimum language requirements (test results must be less than 2 years old at the time of sending your application)
-
you can support yourself and your dependents financially.

You have a job offer in an occupation that fall under NOC 0, A or B from an employer."from the Canada website.

Atlantic Intermediate-skilled Program

Eligibility to Apply

You must have one year of work experience in the last 3 years (any period of self-employment should not be included).

You must have a valid job offer for an occupation that fall under NOC C.

Must have at least a Canadian secondary or post-secondary diploma or degree, or a foreign degree or education credentials equivalent to Canadian credentials (must submit an Educational Credential report)

You must meet the minimum language requirements (test results must be less than 2 years old at the time of sending your application)

you can support yourself and your dependents financially.
