Our legal representative is Pierre-Constant Epailly. He successfully immigrated to Canada from France in the summer of 2012. He started his professional career as a cashier at Tim Hortons. It did not take long until he gets promoted to a management position. In 2016, he was holding the position of Assistant General Manager for a remote camp in the north region of Manitoba. After a few years of working in management in the service industry, he decided to change his career to start an Immigration Agency. Pierre went back to school in 2017, graduated in 2019, and successfully challenged the CICC exam.
He opened Fidus Immigration, a certified, dedicated and personable Immigration Agency, in the summer of 2019 with one goal in mind: to help individuals, families, and business owners from all around the world to immigrate to Canada.
He understands that immigration can be a scary and anxious process. Moving to a new country can be a daunting decision, not only for the clients' future but the future of their families. Determined to provide his clients with personalized, transparent, and specialized advice, Pierre's mission is to make the immigration process as easy and comfortable as possible.

Our business development director is Khadija Habibi. Khadija immigrated to Canada in 2020 from Morocco with her family. In 2012, she graduated from a Business and Administration diploma. For as long as she can remember, she has always had a passion to help and to make things better! As a result, throughout her career in providing administrative services and business development, she strived to provide exceptional customer service and detail oriented work.
Khadija's mission is to help Canadian Employers find talents around the world to help them grow theirs businesses.
Aurelia Spano is our Legal Assistant - she immigrated to Canada in 2021 from France with her family. Aurelia worked many years in France in different legal law firms. She graduated from a Master in Law in France. With great flexibility at work, Aurelia is autonomous, self-motivated and organized.
As per her previous experience, she perfectly knows how stressful an immigration project could be, she is focused on the customer satisfaction and experience, she perfectly executes all the administrative tasks required by the complex immigration processes.
Aurelia's mission is to help applicants gather the right documents and information to submit complete applications to IRCC.
Jacob Derksen is our Immigration Consultant - R713091. Growing up in Nanaimo, BC, Jacob saw how immigrants make Canada a better place from a young age. He had friends, neighbours, fellow students, and coworkers who came from around the world to call Canada home. This appreciation for multiculturalism pushed him to study Anthropology at the University of Victoria. His studies at UVic allowed him to embark on international experiences in Indonesia, Cuba, and China.
These experiences drew him to immigration law. He completed the Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law program at Queen’s University in 2022.
Jacob's mission is to help applicants navigate the complex Canadian Immigration system.
